Sizes & Servings

The most common industry standard serving sizes used by caterers and reception venues are 1″ wide x 2″ deep and 4″ tall or 2″ wide x 2″ and 4″ tall .

Some of our cakes may be taller than industry standard sizes, usually between 5 to 6” in height per tier.

Here are some cake sizes & servings charts for reference based on the guidelines listed above.

Kindly note these are estimated number of servings and it may vary depending on how the cake will be cut.

Pricing

There is not a set price as each cake design is created according to each customer needs & requirements.

Custom cake prices mainly depend of the type and size of the cake, complexity of the design and the decoration techniques required for each creation.

Our minimum order is QR 500.00 for a single tier round cake 8” x 5” tall with standard buttercream frosting or basic fondant decoration (Don’t include 3D molding figurines or sculpted/structure cakes)

As a reference fondant covered cakes price start at QR 20.00 per serving while buttercream covered cakes start at QR 15.00 per serving.

The above standard prices are based on basic cake flavors and minimal decoration.

Gourmet cake flavors/fillings as well as additional handmade decoration elements or natural flowers will add up to the standard price.

Booking & Payment

Advance booking is recommended for any order as we are unable to take last minute/rush orders. We only take limited number of orders per week to provide you with the best quality service. You can contact us as soon as you know your event date to check availability. The earliest, the better.

For celebration/party cakes 2 weeks notice is required and 50% non-refundable advance payment to confirm the booking. Full payment is due 5 days before the event without exceptions.

For wedding cakes at least 2 months notice is advisable. A 50% non-refundable advance payment to save the date and confirm the booking. Final payment is due 15 days (2 weeks) before the wedding date.

Dates remain open to other orders until payment for booking confirmation is received, Bookings are on a first come, first paid basis.

Cake Tasting: a scheduled 1hr consultation for 2 people are available upon request for events or orders over 100 servings for a QR 100.00 prepaid consultation fee. A QR 50.00 tasting fee will apply for each additional person. Please inquire for more information.

Ingredients

We take great pride to said we only work with the highest quality ingredients. Gourmet chocolate, buttermilk, heavy cream, butter, fresh fruits and real Madagascar vanilla beans, many of them are even brought from abroad so we can maintain the quality and consistency in our products.

All our recipes are made fresh for each customers with the best ingredients and flavors. We prepare our own fruit compotes, syrups and natural fillings for flavoring our cakes and buttercreams. We don’t use shortening in any of our buttercream or frosting recipes.

These quality products do cost more, but we can make sure to offer our customers the highest quality and best tasting product possible.

Pick-up

Pick-up times for cakes smaller than 3 tiers are scheduled at the customers convenience at the time an order is placed.

Delivery

Delivery fee will apply depending on the location.
